Garcia Attends Miami 21 Symposium.

Tony Garcia, Principal and Director of The Street Plans Collaborative's Miami office was invited by City of Miami Commissioner Francis Suarez to participate in a Miami 21 Symposium.  The roundtable discussion brought various stakeholders and community leaders together to discuss the implementation of the City's landmark form-based code.
