The Street Plans Collaborative to Undertake Westminster, CO Bicycle Master Plan.

The City of Westminster, Colorado has selected The Street Plans Collaborative to complete a bicycle master plan. Westminster (pop. 110,000) is a large suburban city located to the northwest of Denver. While the City maintains an excellent network of off-street paths, the focus of the upcoming planning effort will be to design a network of on-street bikeways, and to conduct an innovative outreach and marketing campaign that promotes public input and safe bicycling practices.
