We do not sell or misuse your information.Customers trusts The Street Plans Collaborative with their product and company information. Whether you are a current or prospective customer, our practices are the same. Our commitment to conduct business honestly and with your best interest at heart continues with our Privacy Promise. 

Your information is confidential. The Street Plans Collaborative's  Code of Ethics guides employees in their use of customer information and requires that it be held in strict confidence. Our contracts with non-The Street Plans Collaborative companies have strict confidentiality and security provisions. 

We protect your information. The Street Plans Collaborative maintains practices to ensure the security and confidentiality of your product and company information. We have physical security at our buildings, passwords to protect our databases, compliance audits, and virus/intrusion detection software. Within The Street Plans Collaborative, access to such information is limited to those who need it to perform their jobs.

Collecting information from customers makes it possible for The Street Plans Collaborative to deliver the kind of service you expect. We collect information that you provide to us about your transactions with us that you authorize us to collect.

How we use and share information 

We share the information we collect as permitted by law. We may also share it outside of The Street Plans Collaborative in order to offer and provide our products to you, process a transaction you request and better service your account. 

Also, we may share information collected through transactions, like names and addresses, under contracts with non-The Street Plans Collaborative companies, such as our local sales representatives so that they may further discuss your product needs and service requirements.
